The U.S.-Venezuela Foundation is a binational, non-profit, non-partisan organization convening business, civic, academic and policy leaders to expand economic and institutional ties between the United States and Venezuela.

Our mission is to promote binational understanding, dialogue and collaboration between the United States and Venezuela — expanding economic opportunity, strengthening institutional cooperation, advancing social development, and consolidating a stronger relationship between both nations.

Programs and research. We operate programs and produce research, analysis and recommendations on the issues of consequence to the U.S.–Venezuela relationship — published in both languages, written for the people who must act on them.
Dialogue and engagement. We promote constructive engagement among business, civic, academic and policy leaders on key topics of binational interest. The room matters as much as the paper.
