USVEN is governed by a binational board consisting of business and civic leaders with extensive networks and experience in both countries. Seats are being confirmed ahead of the founding announcement.
Names and photographs will be published on confirmation. Each seat carries a stated constituency, so the balance of the board can be read at a glance rather than taken on faith.
Founding members are recognized in the charter and in the first annual report. Enquiries are handled confidentially by the co-chairs.
